Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Desktop Support Engineering team to provide Tier 3 IT support for employees, both onsite and remotely.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of our IT systems and tools.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure that our IT systems are aligned with business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
