As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
