Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Growth Strategist to lead the growth strategy and go-to-market execution for our Residential Lending Business Line at Société Financière Manuvie.

This leadership role demands a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, drive digital transformation initiatives, and oversee the utilization of data analytics to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a tailored growth strategy for Residential Lending, aligning with Société Financière Manuvie's long-term objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, leveraging market research and competitive analysis.
Growth Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of go-to-market strategies for Residential Lending, including product launches, expansion, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer experience/success teams to ensure effective implementation of unified GTM strategies that meet diverse customer segment needs.
  • Design tools, materials, and training with sales enablement to improve sales effectiveness and engagement.
Digital Transformation and Data Analytics
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within residential mortgage business, enhancing digital customer experiences and streamlining acquisition processes.
  • Oversee data analytics utilization to inform decision-making, track performance, and refine growth strategies for residential mortgages and Asian segment-focused initiatives.
  • Implement agile marketing practices to adapt to market changes and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
Cross-functional Leadership
  • Partner with Growth and GTM functions and other departments, serving as key liaison between teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives, strategies, and unified approach to achieve objectives.
  • Engage senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate growth strategies, performance metrics, and impact of GTM activities on overall business objectives.
  • Mentor high-performing team focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Foster innovation, agility, and accountability culture within team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or GTM roles, with proven track record in financial services sector. Banking expertise preferred.
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing, customer segmentation, and data analytics, with strong understanding of Asian market segment.
  • Proven leadership skills with history of successfully managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
