Strategic Leadership Director

Overview:
This role is a high-level executive position within the Government of Canada - Western, requiring strategic leadership and vision to drive organizational success.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions. They will also establish financial controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs.
- Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions.
Supervision:
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
