The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Psychology, registration with the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology, and advanced training in child and adolescent mental health. Experience in diagnostic training, completing mental health assessments, and implementing evidence-based treatment plans is essential.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a flexible schedule and environment, demonstrating leadership skills in working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. They will also have expertise in behavior management, cognitive behavior therapy, and group therapy for children and adolescents.
