Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, promote products and services, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Photo Lab Operations: Assist in the execution of workflow and customer orders, perform quality tests, calibrate equipment, and monitor chemistry levels to ensure optimum results.
  3. Merchandise Management: Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, and signing and pricing merchandise.
  4. Claims and Returns: Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items, and maintain a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask. You will also need to be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and work collaboratively with other team members.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having experience in a customer-facing role or in a photo lab environment would be an asset. Additionally, having knowledge of Company policies and procedures would be beneficial.
