Position Summary:

- Project work for various projects throughout the year.
- Full time permanent maintenance positions available
- Techs will become part of a project/call out pool for the region.
- IRATA training provided.
- Hours of work will be determined by client/project requirements.
- Requires travel to various work site locations throughout the province.
- Accommodations and travel provided for projects

**Responsibilities**:

- Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques
- Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of Level III Rope Access Technician
- Assist other technicians as required
- Ensure operational safety of all equipment

**Requirements**:

- IRATA Level 3 Certification
- Journeyman ticketed would be an asset
- First Aid Certicaition (required)

**Core Competencies**

- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driver's abstract
- Effective communication in English

**Safety Requirements**
- CSTS, ESC BSO or ESC CSO required
- ESC CSE/M (Confined Space and Monitor and Entry) required
- ESC Fall Protection an asset
- A photo of either your IRATA card or certification.
- Photo or scan of your IRATA Logbook first page (Page with your photo ) and last experience page noting when you last worked.
- Copy of First Aid certificate if obtained.
