About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at 9297-0839 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and adhering to company policies and procedures.
    • Provide guidance and support to drivers to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and schedule delivery activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for delivery.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery operations.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. logistics, transportation, business administration).
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
