Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
  2. Lead Sales Team: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations.
  3. Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  4. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives.
  5. Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales and Business Development Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expansion.
  2. Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams, with a strong focus on coaching, development, and performance management.
  3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
