We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team at PEOPLE WORKFORCE. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

About the Role:

  • Salary: $34.00 per hour (35 hours/week)
  • Location: Mississauga, ON L4T 0B4
  • Job Type: Permanent Full-time
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Vacancies: 1

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
