Strategic Staffing Coordinator

Hudson HR is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying staffing requirements, and recruiting graduates from colleges and universities.
Key Responsibilities- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to support business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, job applicants, and managers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Windows, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
