About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Specialist to join our team at SIMPLEX HR INC. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a critical role in identifying and recruiting top talent to drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to meet those requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify Current and Prospective Staffing Requirements: Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to meet those requirements.
  • Prepare and Post Job Advertisements: Develop and post job advertisements to attract top talent from various sources.
  • Collect and Screen Applicants: Manage the application process, including screening and shortlisting candidates.
  • Advise Job Applicants on Employment Requirements: Provide guidance to applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review Candidate Inventories: Analyze candidate inventories to identify the best fit for each role.
  • Contact Potential Applicants: Reach out to potential applicants to arrange interviews and assess their qualifications.
  • Recruit Graduates: Identify and recruit graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Coordinate Selection Boards: Coordinate and participate in selection boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify Applicants of Results: Inform applicants of the outcome of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise Managers and Employees: Provide guidance to hiring managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Permanent Full-Time Position: This is a permanent full-time position with a regular schedule.
  • English Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this role.
  • Hours: 32 per week: Work 32 hours per week in a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 per year, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary is based on the national average for this role and may vary depending on location and experience.
