Job Summary

VPC Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Lead and train a team of employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated effectively.
  • Direct and evaluate daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliability and team player attitude.
