Manufacturing Plant Manager Job Overview

The Manufacturing Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production facility. This role requires a strong educational background and extensive experience in the industry.

  • Education Requirement: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain equipment maintenance schedules while recommending necessary machinery upgrades
  • Oversee quality assurance inspections to ensure product standards
  • Train and supervise staff on the use of new machinery and equipment
  • Manage inventory levels and organization
  • Implement modifications to production processes and operational methods
  • Oversee the departmental budget and financial planning
  • Monitor and assess daily operational performance
Industry Experience Required

Experience in the furniture and fixtures sector is essential.
