- Lead quality assurance inspections to uphold product standards.
- Train and supervise staff on the operation of new machinery.
- Manage inventory levels and organization.
- Implement enhancements to production methods and machinery.
- Oversee the departmental budget and financial planning.
- Monitor and assess daily operational performance.
Experience in the furniture and fixtures sector is essential.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
