Manufacturing Plant Manager Job Overview

The Manufacturing Plant Manager at VPC Group Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure efficiency and quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Establish and maintain equipment maintenance schedules, advising on necessary machinery upgrades.

  • Train and supervise staff on the operation of new machinery.
  • Manage inventory levels and organization.

  • Oversee the departmental budget and financial planning.
  • Monitor and assess daily operational performance.
Industry Experience Required

Experience in the furniture and fixtures sector is essential.
