Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand, supply, and scheduling processes to optimize inventory levels and product availability.
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage short, medium, and long-term capacity plans to determine inventory, sourcing, and intercompany strategy.
  • Establish inventory optimization strategies and monitor inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and ensure product availability.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling, and/or S&OP in a fast-paced, high-volume, Lean Manufacturing environment.
  • Strong PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and MRP/ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of working with people and problem resolution, with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
