Director – Infrastructure Division Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Infrastructure Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational processes, monitoring project implementation, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational processes to ensure efficient project delivery;
  • Monitor project implementation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective project planning and implementation;
  • Authorize and validate invoices received from consultants, contractors, and suppliers;
  • Provide support to team members to ensure effective development and application of eligibility criteria;
  • Represent the organization with stakeholders, committees, and government entities;
  • Travel as required to support project delivery.
Requirements:
  • University degree in architecture or engineering;
  • Five years of relevant experience;
  • Good communication skills in at least two languages: English and/or French;
  • Understanding of construction in arctic conditions is an asset;
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with knowledge of project management;
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is an asset;
  • Ability to work on various projects with a results-oriented mindset;
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation/conflict resolution and interpersonal communications.
