About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. In this role, you will work under the direction of the immediate supervisor to deliver exceptional nursing care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients and their families in their own home or in facilities, prioritizing their emotional, physical comfort, and safety.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Licensed/Registered Practical Nurses and paraprofessional staff members, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- A minimum of two years of recent experience in a community setting, preferably in nursing.
- A reliable mode of transportation or a valid driver's license and vehicle for commuting.
- A clear police record check and Vulnerable Sector Screening (if required).
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
