Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist - Northern Quebec

SalaryWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a remoteness premium, retention bonus, cargo premium, and accommodation allowance.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in northern Quebec. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs aimed at the psycho-social rehabilitation of users.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Psycho-education and be a member in good standing of the Ordre des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec (OPPQ). Two years of relevant experience is an asset.

- Member in good standing of OPPQ;
- Two years of relevant experience;
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and listening communication skills, as well as critical thinking, synthesis, organizational, and decision-making skills. Fluency in English is required, with fluency in Cree or French being an asset.
