About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist at Bayshore HealthCare.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, adhering to established plans of care and Bayshore policies. They will prioritize client comfort, safety, and emotional well-being, working closely with paraprofessional staff members and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Clinical certificates and post-grad courses (asset)
  • At least two years of recent experience (new grads may be considered)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
