About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Medical Innovation Specialist to join our Sterilization organization. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving efficient operations and optimizing processes to meet Operations, Quality, and Regulatory compliance goals.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to develop, direct, and execute plans for sterilization projects, compile and analyze operational data to establish technical specifications, and innovate, design, and develop processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering principles, theories, concepts, practices, and techniques, as well as experience with IQ, OQ, and PQ processes. A Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related discipline is required, along with 3+ years of experience in roles related to Sterilization and Microbiology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and complete technical activities leading to new or improved sterilization processes to meet strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop knowledge in a field to become a recognized leader or authority in sterilization and apply this knowledge in leadership roles.
  • Assess sterilization process capabilities, prioritize process improvement opportunities, and innovate and implement process improvements on platform or derivative projects.
  • Support technical reviews and ensure proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements.

As a Medical Innovation Specialist at Boston Scientific, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
