Job Summary:

Costa Sorrento is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in the appetizer, salad, and dessert stations. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including pasta, bread, desserts, gelato, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, salads, and desserts.
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Follow Costa Sorrento's recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our dishes.
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure that our offerings meet the needs and preferences of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Italian restaurant or similar kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow recipes and cooking procedures.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and nights.
