- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring positive experiences with UBC Robson Square. Collaborate with catering and concierge teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in events or hospitality. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
