Job Summary

The Executive Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Manage the office inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Develop and implement effective office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decisions
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
