**Your Opportunity**

Reporting to the home owner & Plant Director, you will oversee the general cleaning and maintenance of the assigned Executive’s residence, our building and its surrounding areas. You will regularly complete a wide variety of tasks to accomplish this. For example, you will be responsible for performing minor repairs to fixtures, furniture, and equipment. You will also perform cleaning tasks, such as sanitizing our bathrooms, emptying trash receptacles, and mopping our floors. As our Executive Housekeeper, you will perform other tasks that are similar to these in nature in order to ensure that the home, building and its grounds are clean and orderly.

**Schedule: Monday-Friday (2-3 days at the Executives residence, 2-3 days at Minus Forty)**

**Hours: 9:00am-4:30pm**

**The main responsibilities of this position are, but not limited to**:

- Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxing them.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles and collect recycling.
- Clean, sanitize, and supply bathrooms.
- Clean and service custodial equipment as needed.
- Perform minor repairs on furniture, buildings, and equipment.
- Report any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the appropriate department.
- Lock and unlock windows, doors, and gates.
- Ensure office and plant areas are clean and orderly.

**You Have**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Previous custodial and grounds experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable squatting, twisting, bending, and kneeling while using tools and performing maintenance tasks.
- Possess working knowledge of the methods, technique, and materials used in custodial work
- Ability to climb ladders and work from heights.
- Familiar with operating, caring for, and storing custodial equipment and supplies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
