Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Wiz Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.
  • Network Administration: Give access to computer networks and perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Incident Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and manage incidents in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
