Circle Medical is a leading telemedicine provider with a mission to bring quality primary care to everyone on the planet. We're seeking an experienced Senior Growth Manager to drive patient and revenue growth through new patient acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a vision and strategy for new patient acquisition channels
- Oversee performance of new patient activations and ensure targets are met
- Launch and scale new acquisition channels, including affiliates, partnerships, paid social, video, out-of-home, and more
- Align patient acquisition plans with the P&L budget through forecasting and management of LTV, CAC, ROAS, and reporting
- Take ownership of the acquisition marketing budget and ensure effective allocation across channels to maximize ROI
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in leading performance marketing and/or acquisition strategy development
- Direct experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets
- Proficiency with various channels, content creation, campaign optimization, and A/B testing
- Previous experience in a fast growth technology and/or mobile app business is an asset
- Transparent salaries based on merit-based output levels

- Full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $129,000 to $154,000 CAD
