We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Manager Acquisition to drive patient and revenue growth through new patient acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set a vision and strategy for new patient acquisition channels
  • Oversee performance of new patient activations and ensure targets are met
  • Launch and scale new acquisition channels, including affiliates, partnerships, paid social, video, out-of-home, and more
  • Align patient acquisition plans to the P&L budget through forecasting and management of LTV, CAC, ROAS, and reporting on results
  • Take ownership of the acquisition marketing budget and ensure effective allocation across channels to maximize ROI
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in leading performance marketing and/or acquisition strategy development for a direct to consumer product or brand
  • Direct experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets
  • Proficiency with various channels, content creation, campaign optimization, and A/B testing
  • Previous experience in a fast growth technology and/or mobile app business is an asset
