About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts in the pro audio and lighting market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing brand segments, developing growth strategies, and executing product go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage brand segments and develop growth strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Perform sales, profitability, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Manage inventory, product lifecycle, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Develop close relationships with sales representatives and suppliers to drive business growth.
  • Provide expertise in product applications, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing and communications activities to promote products.
  • Manage social media platforms and digital content to engage with customers.
  • Assist with e-commerce efforts, including Amazon storefront maintenance and advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, special events, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales or management experience, preferably in the pro audio and lighting industry.
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and under pressure.
  • Takes initiative, is creative, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and JD Edwards/E1 is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French and English is required.
