Job Title: Senior Growth Manager, Acquisition

Circle Medical Technologies, Inc. is a leading telemedicine provider in the US, with a mission to bring quality primary care to everyone on the planet. We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Manager (Acquisition) to drive patient and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution of new patient acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth
  • Oversee performance of new patient activations and ensure targets are met
  • Launch and scale new acquisition channels, including affiliates, partnerships, paid social, video, out-of-home, and more
  • Align patient acquisition plans with the P&L budget through forecasting and management of LTV, CAC, ROAS, and reporting on results
  • Take ownership of the acquisition marketing budget and ensure effective allocation across channels to maximize ROI
  • Improve reach, awareness, engagement, and traffic to drive high-value user acquisition
  • Proactively identify and execute new user acquisition opportunities, exploring new channels or media buys to generate incremental patient bookings
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of acquisition campaigns across various channels
  • Partner and collaborate with digital agencies running paid search and SEO
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a high velocity of experimentation across the entire acquisition funnel
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to optimize landing pages, booking funnels, and other on-site interactions crucial for customer acquisition
  • Use an analytical, data-driven approach to develop and analyze test results for efficient customer acquisition
  • Generate insights about our audience, market trends, and brand identity to build and deploy compelling campaigns that boost new users
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in leading performance marketing and/or acquisition strategy development for a direct-to-consumer product or brand
  • Direct experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets
  • Proficiency with various channels, content creation, campaign optimization, and A/B testing
  • Previous experience in a fast-growth technology and/or mobile app business is an asset
Compensation:

In alignment with our values, Circle Medical Technologies, Inc. has transparent salaries based on merit-based output levels. Our total rewards include equity options, a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $129,000 to $154,000 CAD, plus generous vacation, and full medical/dental benefits.
