Job Title: User Support Technician

At DIGIPRO IT SOLUTIONS LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, using technical documentation and resources to find solutions.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness sessions to users on various technical topics, including device drivers, networking security, and desktop applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to resolve issues and improve overall system performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
