Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shawarma on Wheels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, manage food and kitchen supplies, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Supervise and Train StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Manage Inventory and BudgetEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Manage Staff and SchedulesEstablish work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
Supervision3-4 people.
