Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Shree Dhanlaxmi Inc.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training new employees, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
