Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2140595 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain store displays and visual merchandising
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales floor staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in retail management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
