Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Store Manager to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving store growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Retail Store Growth: Ensure every sale transaction is optimal for both the customer and their retail business.
- Build Superior Customer Sales Experiences: Welcome and engage customers to create a positive and memorable experience.
- Be a Strong Brand Ambassador: Develop in-depth knowledge of our business and products to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Manage Retail Operations: Oversee customer accounts, collection activities, and the merchandising and maintenance of the store.
- Deliver Best-in-Class Service: Support the delivery of our products to customers' homes and ensure timely and efficient service.
- Manage Accounts Receivables: Monitor overdue accounts on a weekly basis and ensure timely collection.
- Ensure Retail Operational Effectiveness: Oversee all collection items for the store and ensure all retrieved sales items are cleaned, refurbished, and repaired in a timely manner.
- Leadership Experience: Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Compassionate and Integrity-Driven: Operate with integrity on every sale and care deeply for our customers.
- Full Class Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a driver's abstract in good standing.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move home goods.
- Criminal Background Check: Able to pass a criminal background check, employment check, and credit check.
