Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 2432188 Alberta Corp. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payments and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and ability to multitask.
