Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving store growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Store Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximize store profitability, ensuring optimal sales transactions for both customers and the retail business.
- Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing personalized sales experiences and ensuring their needs are met.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our business, serving as a subject-matter-expert during sales opportunities and promoting our brand values.
- Manage Retail Operations: Oversee customer accounts, collection activities, and store merchandising and maintenance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide best-in-class service when supporting product delivery to customers' homes, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage Accounts Receivable: Monitor overdue accounts on a weekly basis, ensuring timely collection and minimizing losses.
- Ensure Operational Effectiveness: Oversee all collection items for the store, ensuring timely cleaning, refurbishment, and repair of retrieved sales items.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a leadership capacity, preferably in a sales environment, with experience overseeing different functionalities.
- Excellent Communication: Strong people and results-oriented communicator, with a focus on driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Compassion and Integrity: Demonstrate compassion and operate with integrity on every sale, prioritizing customer needs and well-being.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move home goods, with a valid full-class driver's license and a driver's abstract in good standing.
- Credentials: Ability to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
