Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BLENZ COFFEE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal use and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall business performance.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

  • Coffee shop environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Public transportation is available.
