We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at beBee Professionals in Nepean. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent medical care and support.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor patient progress, document medical information, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health management and care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
