Medical Director for Assisted Living Community

Waterford Grand Retirement Community-Barrhaven is a family-owned and operated, five-star luxury retirement residence seeking a part-time Senior Physician to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a physician to deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents while being part of a community that supports and embraces our resident-centered culture.
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate physician who will provide medical care and services to a defined group of residents living within our Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living neighborhoods. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with our team to provide guidance for the medical care plans for each assigned resident.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000, based on approximately 104 hours worked per month at an hourly rate of $115.38. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and benefits.
- Provide quality medical care and services to a defined group of residents
- Document resident health records during each clinical visit
- Work in collaboration with the Waterford team to provide guidance for the medical care plans for each assigned resident
- Deliver standard on-site hours and provide reasonable after-hours availability for emergencies
