Senior Technical Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our products. This role involves defining product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving successful product launches.

Job Responsibilities
  • Owning the strategy, growth, and success of N-able products (N-Central, Take Control etc.)
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the product management lifecycle, from ideation through release and end of life
  • Understanding customer and market needs to build product vision and roadmap
  • Developing customer relationships to obtain feedback on existing products, new market problems, and establishing requirements for emerging products
  • Working with architecture, development teams to accelerate integration of partner products into the portfolio
  • Monitoring and influencing product revenue, retention, and support goals
  • Analyzing competitor, market and technology trends to create new offerings with strong value propositions for our customers
Requirements
  • Ideally 4+ years' experience in product management of SaaS products coupled with strong business acumen
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Strong technical background with demonstrated skills and experience with technical functions in the Application Management industry
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline to work effectively in a high-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think and execute at both strategic and operational levels
  • Strong presentation, communication, coordination, analytical, and creative problem-solving expertise
  • Ability to interact with customers and partners with accuracy and professionalism and a strong understanding of MSP IT management
