Job Summary:

As a Nurse Call and RTLS Systems Specialist at Ainsworth, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and servicing multiple healthcare technologies, including RTLS and nurse call systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, program, service, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and inspect RTLS and nurse call systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with network electronic systems and software.
  • Commission front-end workstations and servers.
  • Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS and nurse call systems.
  • Ensure customer requests and status are followed up on time and in a professional way.
  • Perform all assigned preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency service calls.
  • Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with the company's team of managers, engineers, and technicians; the client; and consulting engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent job-related knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in RTLS and nurse call systems.
  • Computer literacy, networking ability, and good knowledge of operating systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • System integration and technical troubleshooting skills.
