Overview:

Ainsworth, a subsidiary of GDI, is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization that seeks to hire a skilled RTLS System Integration Specialist. This role is responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, and servicing multiple healthcare technologies, including but not limited to RTLS and nurse call systems.

Salary Range:

$28-$42 per hour

Job Description:

Reporting to the Project Manager, this specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including designing, programming, and servicing RTLS and nurse call systems. These tasks will involve troubleshooting issues with the network electronic systems and software, as well as commissioning front-end workstations and servers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing onsite validation and testing of RTLS and nurse call systems, ensuring customer requests are followed up on in a timely and professional manner, and performing all assigned preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency service calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and program RTLS and nurse call systems
  • Troubleshoot issues with network electronic systems and software
  • Commission front-end workstations and servers
  • Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS and nurse call systems
  • Ensure customer requests are followed up on in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform all assigned preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency service calls


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent job-related knowledge. A minimum of 3 years' related experience in RTLS and nurse call systems is required, as well as strong computer literacy and networking abilities. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are also essential, as is system integration and technical troubleshooting skills.
