Job Title: Team Lead

As a Team Lead at Saje Natural Wellness, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional community member service and leading Team Members to do the same. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with opening, closing, and leadership duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a culture of wellness and growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business results, including revenue growth, customer engagement, and team performance.
  • Ensure Team Members have the necessary product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and make informed recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business through community outreach and partnerships.
  • Coach and develop Team Members to achieve their full potential, promoting a culture of growth and self-awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Strong retail experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
  • Passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting a culture of wellness and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Team Members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
