We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Whistler Personnel. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our payment processing system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage financial transactions, including invoices and payments
- Verify and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
