Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Whistler Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and payments
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
