Job Summary:
As a key member of CANADA INC.'s human resources team, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive HR programs that drive business success. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week in English.


  • Design, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and procedures
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer employee benefits, employment equity, and other HR programs
  • Co-ordinate performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Research best practices in employee benefits, health, and safety, and recommend improvements
  • Hire, train, and supervise HR staff
  • Oversee project coordination and review of HR programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily HR operations

Work Details: The estimated salary for this role is between $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
