Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Assistant to join our team at Sherwood Windows Limited. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons with the installation of stained glass products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate or tend automated assembling equipment to prepare materials for installation.
  • Assist skilled tradespersons with the installation of stained glass products, including ensuring safety procedures are followed.
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
