Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Glazier Helper to join our team at Norfinch Glass & Mirror mfg Limited. The successful candidate will assist in the installation and maintenance of glass and mirror products, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation
  • Clean and organize work areas, including equipment and tools
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting glass and mirror products
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to specifications
  • Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and handle heavy loads
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work environment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a noisy environment with confined spaces
