Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Supply Kings. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and leading a team of technical support analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve technical support efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of technical support analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
